Capital Group

Dadelo S.A. belongs to the OPONEO.PL Capital Group, which operates on the e-commerce market. The Group’s core business is online distribution of tires and rims.

The parent company is OPONEO.PL. S.A. operating the online store at Oponeo.pl, which has been the leader of online tire sales in Poland for many years. The brand is also expanding abroad through e-commerce platforms addressed to customers in several countries. Since 2007, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In 2019, the Group reported record sales revenues of PLN 962 million.

Apart from Dadelo S.A. and Oponeo.pl S.A., the OPONEO.PL Group includes the following subsidiaries:

Opony.pl Sp. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled Opony.pl Sp. z o.o. since February 25, 2010 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
OPONEO.CO.UK LTD based in London, England. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled OPONEO.CO.UK LTD since July 30, 2012 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
Oponeo.de GmbH based in Berlin, Germany. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled Oponeo.de GmbH since September 06, 2012 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
OPONEO Lastik Satış ve Pazarlama Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi based in Istanbul, Turkey. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled OPONEO Lastik Satış ve Pazarlama Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi since October 02, 2012 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary (in liquidation).
Hurtopon.pl Sp. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled Hurtopon.pl Sp. z o.o. since December 20, 2013 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
Oponeo International Sp. z o.o. based in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled Oponeo International Sp. z o.o. since June 01, 2020 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
ROTOPINO.PL S.A. based in Bydgoszcz. OPONEO.PL S.A. has controlled ROTOPINO.PL S.A. since December 29, 2020 and holds 100% of shares in the share capital of the subsidiary.
